Fabulous communication

We bought a house from Katya and Andrew's listings - and their comms and approach to the sale were second to none. They went the extra mile when we needed anything - and facilitated a fast and efficient sales process. From a buyers perspective - they valued the relationship with us, as much as their vendors, and that was really appreciated! Excellent sales people, but need to get facts right first.

House was advertised with 2 garage door remotes but only had one, owner did replace door opener, house advertised with bathroom towel heaters, house had none, we came to an agreement with the owner. We were told theat the deck was a Kwlia timber deck ( which tio us was perfect , small maintenance required) we now know that the deck is pine, and will need a lot of work to bring back to a nice looking deck
