The whole process of selling was easy and pain free. Mike simply got on with the job and sold at a level we were happy with. Having his son Wade as support made it very easy too - right down to him arranging the staging with our preferred supplier. Steve made the process the best for us to maximize our potential return on the sale of our house. Steve walked us through the process, provided recommendations for improvements to the property. With a clear plan on advertising, open homes and deadline sale date. The video and photos were amazing , really highlighted the houses best features. The communication was frequent and meant we could attend to any issues which had been picked up on the open home. Steves sales experience helped provide amazing service to us the sellers but also to the potential buyers, his recommendation for us to provide a builders report helped cut on any potential holdups on the sale, but it also helped us catch some items that needed tidying up. We definitely recommend the One Agency team and hope to work with them again in the future
