The marketing achieved significant listing views over 5000 in the time on the market, the deadline sale was brought forward with multiple offers, and a backup offer was secured. Each time something happened he was there to help guid us through. The reporting and open homes were exceptional as where the referrals to other professionals across a wide range of skills. The presale property preparation guidance Mike provided was critical to its sale success. Everyone who’s thinking of or actively trying to sell their property in the current market will understand how challenging the task is. Which is why we wanted to give our sincere appreciation to the work Mike and Wade from OneAgency did for us. We had a tough time choosing an agent with a down-to-earth, realistic view of the market who’s able to give valuable and timely advice in line with the rapidly changing conditions - and OneAgency was our lucky and rightful bet. We would like to commend their outside-of-the-box thinking and tailored approach to a client’s marketing needs and budget, listening to client suggestions and concerns. Mike and Wade gave us a detailed explanation of different sale strategies and their uses in different market conditions. We also appreciated their reliability, great communication skills and general helpfulness. And the greatest part? The proposed strategy, despite tough market conditions, worked really well: even when comparing TradeMe views it allowed us to have 2x-3x more than the comparable properties without firm marketing strategies, allowing our house to stand out and be seen by the right group of buyers.
