Heather helped me purchase my retirement home in New Zealand. Coming from Australia, it was somewhat nerve wracking making a purchase in an different market. Heather was patient, thoughtful, very knowledgeable and above all, honest. She went above and beyond to do everything she could to ease the process for me. I would highly recommend her.

Friendly, astute, flexible, supportive
Heather always kept us informed of what was happening with our house sale. She clearly understands her market very well, and had done her homework before we sat down to discuss things. Her approach to the selling process obviously works - she lets the buyer explore and doesn't interfere unless they want to know something - and her willingness to accommodate our timeframes and movements was excellent. She sold our lovely, one-of-a-kind home for a competitive price at a time when other properties weren't moving. We're so grateful for her skill and judgement... it made our lives so much easier.
