Above and beyond to get us the house we wanted!

When this house first came up we were too late. By the time we'd seen it, it was already under contract. We watched and waited for months, and then all of a sudden, it just disappeared off the internet! We mentioned this to Rach, and she went and cold-called the owner. Long story short, he had decided to pull the listing after the previous contract had eventually fallen through, but gave Rachelle one shot. And that was all we needed!
