Really easy to deal with, super responsive, and genuinely lovely throughout.
I had a great experience buying my home through Rachel. She was incredibly friendly, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions I had. I really appreciated how patient and approachable she was, even when I had lots of questions. She made the whole process feel easy and positive — I’d definitely recommend her to others.

Excellent communicator and easy sale process
Rachel was responsive and had amazing market knowledge and was a reassuring sound board when discussing offers and any issues that arose. While Rachel was great in her role and showed her experience with selling houses we did note that Nigel was not as experienced on the marketing and talking to buyers aspect. Nigel was a great person but his communication was sub par in some instances and also lacked the finer details and intuition that was shown when Rachel performed the open homes.
