Jill has been highly organised in the sale of our property. She advised us to invest in ensuring we make the sale attractive to a buyer by staging it and making sure a builders report was available. She knew all the things to do and had the networks which helped ensure we had a quick sale. When the house went on the market for a deadline sale we had the first offer within 6 days, the deadline date was brought forward and we had 7 offers on the table 3 days later with minimum conditions so one week later it went unconditional. We are very grateful for her knowledge, professionalism and her very kind approach. We did purchase the property 5 years ago through Jill and I have enjoyed looking at many houses with Jill. She is fun to do business with and she takes the time to get to know the people she is working with so that they learn she is trustworthy.
