Relaxed, calm, effective.

Glenn was recommended to me by a friend who he had sold for, and that recommendation was invaluable. I was making a downsizing life change and Glenn was a wealth of knowledge about the Wellington market. He helped me refine my requirements for a new property, even though there was a good chance the new property wouldn't be through Tommy's. There was no hard sell - I set the time-frame and pace of the process, and Glenn tuned into that easily. In selling my place - it all went exactly as he said it would - fast. There is always some stress in these things and Glenn was a rock when I got wobbly! It's all done now, with the moves having happened. Not that I want to do it again in the foreseeable future, but if I did, I'd use Glenn's services again.
