On the day I walked into Howard & Co. to talk to Someone about putting our house on the market, I had no idea who that Someone would be. You happened to be, that Someone and from that day forward until the day the Big Red SOLD sticker went up, you gave us 100%. You sold our property in the shortest period of time. You aimed to get us the price we were hoping for, and you achieved that, so thank you. You went over and above the call of duty and help us find a loving family and home for our gorgeous Phebe (the cat) and we did, so for this, we are truly grateful.
