What can I say, buying our first house through Gill was a breeze. She was helpful, responsive, and always ready to settle our first time buyers stresses. Sorting our conditions and the back and forth between the buyer was a breeze. Gill is truly a dream to work with.

Kim was a great advocate for getting what you wanted, and what parts of the transaction could be compromised on without ruining your offer/relationship with the vendors

Gill was great to deal with from start to finish. She actually helped us buy our first home and we found her so genuine, friendly and helpful that we wanted her to help us sell it too. Gill listened to us and enabled us to get lots of people through our home quickly for a fast sale. Totally recommend Gill to anyone needing a real estate agent.
