She was so incredibly helpful
I wouldn't even know where to start, from Kim's knowledge of the trade, to being able to answer every question we had for her and get back to us on everything at breakneck speed, and doing the whole lot whilst being so kind and cheerful. It was a much smoother and considerate process than we imagined it could be thanks to Kim and everything she did for us.

Attentive, Determined, and Accessible
From the day we met Gill at an open home we had never intended to view I knew that she would be instrumental in getting us into our first home. She listened to what we were looking for, understood our position, and continued to work hard to find the right fit for us. Over the couple of months that we were looking for a home Gill contacted us regularly to check in and offer new opportunities but she was never pushy or demanding as some of our other experiences have been.
