I had a lot of fun selling - and trying to buy - with Catherine as my agent. She is extremely invested in doing a good job. Right from doing her appraisal through to me handing over the keys, Catherine has been enthusiastic and warm as well as knowledgeable and professional. My property had its quirks and Catherine worked super hard to match up my property with the right buyer, through good advice to me, many open homes, private viewings and lots of behind-the-scenes work.
