Very helpful and professional
As a first time buyer I found Catherine really helpful. I was looking at several houses and even though I wasn't at the time likely to put an offer on the one she was selling, she still took the time to walk me through how the process of offers, LIMs and so on worked. She was always available and got back to me really quickly when something important came up, plus took the initiative to check in several times during the process. Very professional and would definitely recommend.

Light in the dark
Nicola has been very supportive with me throughout my turbulant mortgage gaining experience. She was thoughfully being an ear to listen and proceding to provide reassurance. This is important to a first home buyer as it is all such an unfamiliar setting, to which Nicola provided a calming voice and assisted whenever I needed. 10/10 happy first home buyer

So Helpful!

Very professional
What i liked about the process was that i was presented with the facts about the building and section and allowed to make my own decision with out any pressure. Further more i was offered great suport around sale process including ability to print and scan documents as i didnt have these resoures as was out of my region.

Absolutely brilliant, would highly recommend.
Catherine was absolutely brilliant and I am SO grateful for her help, professionalism, expertise and support during the process of selling my house. I had been left in a tricky situation with a rental property, and Catherine's skill, knowledge, and creativity ensured that I was able to sell the house quickly and easily while on the other side of the world. She made excellent suggestions which helped us to maximise interest and offers. She maintained excellent communication with myself, the tenant and all other parties, and I am particularly grateful that she was willing to chat to me outside of normal NZ office hours. Catherine explained everything well, was endlessly patient with my lack of local knowledge, and made the whole process effortless. I highly recommend her and would use her again in a heartbeat. Awesome service. Literally 2 weeks and sold for what I wanted.
