So Helpful!
I found Nicola to be friendly, helpful and professional. I chose her, because from the beginning I got the message that she would go the extra mile. She stayed engaged with me during the months it took to sort myself and the property out. Nicola kept me informed of what was going on and her knowledge of the market enabled me to get a timely sale. Very professional
What i liked about the process was that i was presented with the facts about the building and section and allowed to make my own decision with out any pressure. Further more i was offered great suport around sale process including ability to print and scan documents as i didnt have these resoures as was out of my region.

Absolutely brilliant, would highly recommend.
Catherine was absolutely brilliant and I am SO grateful for her help, professionalism, expertise and support during the process of selling my house. I had been left in a tricky situation with a rental property, and Catherine's skill, knowledge, and creativity ensured that I was able to sell the house quickly and easily while on the other side of the world. She made excellent suggestions which helped us to maximise interest and offers. She maintained excellent communication with myself, the tenant and all other parties, and I am particularly grateful that she was willing to chat to me outside of normal NZ office hours. Awesome service. Literally 2 weeks and sold for what I wanted.

Sales superstar
I met Catherine when she was selling the estate of my deceased neighbour's. RiP. When my situation changed within weeks I reviewed her sales record and decided she appeared to have to location knowledge to sell our house best decision ever house was sole for a great price within 8 weeks . I would highly recommend Catberine as she knows her market and knows her vendors.

Extra effort

Catherine made the whole house sale process so easy. Her communication and professionalism was awesome.
