I couldn't recommend Nick high enough. He was open and honest from the start about the current market and his appraisal was realistic which meant from start we were all on the same page. During the sale process he drew in plenty of potential buyers during private viewings or open homes. The feedback we received from Nick after those viewings was honest but also gave us the opportunity to change the way we had staged one our rooms to show buyers a better option. Once we received the offer the sales process had a couple of unexpected items come up from the previous owners but Nick made this process easy for us all. We couldn't be happier with the final result
