As a rule I don't give anyone or anything 100% raves as there can always be improvement but in this case I'm not sure what I would have asked more from Nick in selling our property. Communication was top notch and never confined to regular work hours which was awesome, especially if I missed a call because of my work commitments. As this was my first experience as the 'vendor' no question or odd-ball request was ever too much and Nick even did the dusting to ensure the property looked it's best for inspection. What could have been a harrowing experience turned out to be fuss free and informative every step of the way. What more could we ask for. Thanks Nick, all your hard work paid off.
