We didn't know anything about Kirsty, in fact had never encountered her at an open home. Did like the Winder and Co signage, thought it was clean and simple. So we meet Kirsty: being used to Australians we felt immediately comfortable. I'd have to say I liked that fact that she was not rottweiler-like in her approach.
