Can't recommend Mike enough - his knowledge, his tenacity, his professionalism in the face of difficult negotiations, and then to achieve a result despite those many obstacles, was amazing! Most grateful to him and very happy to be listing with him again.

Mike was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. From our first meeting he made the whole process of selling our property stress free. He went out of his way to make sure our tenants were not inconvenienced at all with open homes and communicated well with everyone involved. A very good experience and we have already reccomended Mike to others.

Sharon and Julie were fantastic to deal with. They are proactive and go above and beyond your expectations. Their knowledge of the housing market here in greymouth is second to none. They are extremely approachable and made the sale a breeze. We are pleased to have chosen them to sell our home. Thank you

Sharon was vigilant, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough, supporting us through some tricky decisions and going over and above to help. Being located out of town we felt in safe hands and we sold much faster than anticipated. We would sell through Sharon again without hesitation. A great experience.

We went with Mike and his team, after having our house on the market with someone else for 90 days, this first experience left us disappointed. Mike and his team restored our faith in realestate, they kept us up to date all the way. We have never sold a home before and had to rely on his expertise, Mike didn't make us feel silly for asking questions. Mike recommend marketing and new photo's that made our house very visible in the market, this resulted in much higher numbers viewing our home. Because of this and Mike's overall enthusiasm, he had an offer for us in two and a half weeks. We would be happy to buy or sell a home with him again and we have already recommend him and his team to family and friends.

Mike went above and beyond expectations when helping my to sell my property. There was a lot of work to be done on the property prior to sale. He gave great support on recommending what was required, and, as I do not live in Christchurch, helping me to access contractors and ensuring that the work was completed to a good standard. When the property went on the market, it was sold quickly. Mikes communication and profesdionslism were superb throughout, and his knowledge helped me to get the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone!
