In all my house hunting experience I have never met such a friendly and knowledgeable Land Agent as Sharon Elley. In our life time my wife and I have bought and sold over a dozen houses and Sharon and her Team stands head and shoulders above the rest for making our latest purchase happen!! We have no hesitation in recommending Sharon to everyone.

As first home buyers we couldn’t have been more impressed by Sharon and Julie, both were so savvy and understood the market and area through and through - yet both took the time and had the patience to explain to us all the steps and what to look for in a property, answering all our questions and giving us useful information. We felt in very safe hands and that they had our backs as well as the vendors, and they kept everyone’s best interests close to heart. 10/10 recommend the greymouth team at one agency

Mike is very professional and a pleasure to have him and One Agency selling our property. This is the second property Mike has sold for us in the last 6 months and we would never look any further. Mike and Elyse certainly went the extra mile to secure a sale. Thanks Elyse for being so kind and caring to my mum through out the process.

Sharon knows the market well and captured the essence of our home of 36 years. She was able to tailor the marketing to those who love character homes and generated interest from the beginning. We really appreciated her keeping us up to date with prospective buyers. It was stress free and we highly recommend her services.

Mike's extensive sales experience along with in depth knowledge of house construction helped us prepare our house for sale so that it meet the market's expectations. Then Mike worked with us and the prospective purchasers by always communicating and providing details that were needed so the process went smoothly on both sides. Thank you Mike and the team for all of your help with selling our house.
