Mike was able to advise us on what was needed to present the property for sale and arranged the necessary work to be completed. As a result we had an offer within 2 days of the first open home. A great result for us as owners and Mike made everything easy for us. We have no hesitation in recommending Mike.

My experience with Mike. Mike and Steve run me through several scenarios/options on houses. They assisted in making an educated decision based on my requirements and limitations (first home buyer) However, There were a few bumps along the way. Only some of which were out of the control of Mike and One Agency. A short settlement period resulted in some minor faults. There were some communication / contact issues towards the end of the conditional phase. Other than these notes, my experience first time dealing with Mike, was good overall.
