Tracey provided a realistic market appraisal and set a price guide that we were happy with and would generate as many buyers as possible for a beautiful but unique property. Tracey has a calmness when communicating and explained the advertising strategy well. She was also flexible when asked to change any aspect of the wording in the advertising. We received weekly updates even after an interested buyer came forward.
