After looking at so many places it was like a ray of sunshine meeting Lynaire. She was so helpful and enabled a quick and efficient buying of my first home. She provided me with great communication step by step throughtout the buying process. She even offered to loan me her lawnmower to help me settle in. A great experience and a lovely lady. Thank you so much.

Right from our first meeting with Adriana, she made us feel at ease and made that important connection with us. Adriana provided us with professional and honest advice with a realistic price guide. Once signed over to sell, we were provided with regular updates and reports re open homes and feedback received. Adriana certainly made the sale process easy and would not hesitate to use her again to sell a property!

Adriana is extremely hard working and knowledgeable about the market. She guides you, without pressure and delivers a successful result. Adriana relates to people well and ' matches houses with people's needs'. She is always available and made the selling of our home less stressful. We would rate her and her team as the ' best in their field'. We would recommend Adriana and her team if you are planning to market and sell your home.

Adriana is a very friendly, down to earth and experienced agent. The process was daunting to me but her professional approach put me at ease and voila, progress was made. The sale was fast and I was kept in the loop the whole way through. I would highly recommend her if you're selling your property. And of course, the little bags of sweets were always left after her visits and that was a real treat

Adriana is exceptionally professional. She demonstrated excellent market knowledge. Realistic. Guided us to market at the appropriate level, resulting in an effective and efficient sale. Great communication. Outstanding result. Could not be happier with the entire process. The entire Wilton & Co team was supportive and worked hard for the desired outcome. This is the second property we have sold through Wilton & Co and Adriana. Highly recommend. Outstanding service, outstanding result in an exceptionally difficult market.

We are currently based overseas and were fortunate to find the perfect property—and with it, we found Suzanne. She guided us through the entire process of purchasing property in New Zealand, taking the time to clearly explain the auction process, handling numerous late evening calls, and even providing walk-through videos. Suzanne and her team took exceptional care of our first home purchase and helped manage all the stress that came with it. If you're looking to buy or sell a home, we highly recommend contacting Suzanne—we know we will if we ever move again!

I was very pleased with Adriana’s honestly and advice which prevented hidden costs from arising. Adriana made it easy to communicate with the owners and kept everything transparent. 10/10
