Awesome service and Adrian really went the extra mile for us.
Adrian and Amber know how to look after there clients and did everything to make the process as easy as possible for us. They went well above expectations and did things we didn't have time to sort out ourselves. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Adrian was from the outset,very approachable and professional. A very good agent.
We first met Adrian at an open home which is not ideal when it comes to getting personal attention but instantly, he was on point and when we asked for a personal veiwing,this was arranged promptly.Adrian as a local knew the market well and was able to make subtle suggestions of value. We contacted him a number of times before signing the offer documents. Everything was fully explained and when we missed him on the phone, he was back to us very quickly. Can,t think of any criticisms.

Brief Contact; Straight forward and informed
I first met Adrian on the final open-day, for 8 Matawai Close, Rangiora. The Deadline tender had been brought forward, as an offer had been made. He is a level headed, grounded, and well-informed agent. There was no sense of pushiness and, on a busy open home day, he took the time to answer my minimal queries. I am a very decisive person; did the necessary due-diligence and satisfied myself that this will be my last home. I am fully satisfied with Adrian's service.

Truly Genuine
We met Adrian at an open home, after talking to him briefly we walked away impressed by the level of his professionalism but mostly his likeable personality....needless to say a few days later we called & asked him to sell our home. He exceeded our expectations with his communication, compassion and reliability just to name a few....easily the best real estate agent we’ve dealt with...would highly recommend Adrian to anyone !!!
