Adrian set out to provide us with a clear plan for marketing our property. He sought information about our location and sales in the area and clearly relayed these to us so we could make a decision as to the best option for marketing our property and working towards a successful outcome. He gave us the information we needed regarding commission and what to expect from him and his agency during his involvement with the sale. He left us with a folder of information we could read and reflect on in order to make a decision as to whether or not to engage him in the sale of our property. When we advised him of our decision he returned as soon as he could and told us all we needed to know about his expectations of us. Marketing plans were decided on and his expectations of us for preparing for open homes were outlined. Adrian made it clear as to what we could expect from him following each open home. Everything he set out in terms of his role was reliably carried out as he described. Throughout the process, Adrian was constantly professional in his approach and made himself available to answer any questions. While he gave an opinion when we asked for it he made no attempt to influence our decision regarding any part of the sale process. At the beginning a change in marketing costs outside Adrian's control occurred. We appreciated Adrian's understanding and his willingness to openly address the change and put plans in place to remedy the situation at his own cost. We found Adrian to be a professional and knowledgeable real estate agent His listening and engaging approach, together with his reliable and efficient service to us has left us with no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring services in real estate.
