Adrian set out to provide us with a clear plan for marketing our property. He sought information about our location and sales in the area and clearly relayed these to us so we could make a decision as to the best option for marketing our property and working towards a successful outcome. We appreciated Adrian's understanding and his willingness to openly address the change and put plans in place to remedy the situation at his own cost.
