Simply The Best

Honesty, Integrity, Reliability...
I sold my house through Harcourts with another Agent and bought my present house through Amanda. Both of these Harcourts' Agents have been upfront, honest and tell you how they see it honestly. I was impressed with Amanda's honesty, integrity and reliability to go the extra mile to find a property that really suits you. I would give Amanda 5 out of 5 for her service and a 10 out of 10 as a recommendation to others.

We Have Bought = We Are Moving!

Most who have brought/sold property know that at times it can be a very stressful undertaking. These times are more stressful by the need to stamp your requirements onto any sale or purchase. These requirements are not always easily met. This is where an experienced salesperson is critical to a successful transaction. We all have needs/wants & sometimes we need to be reminded of what is important to achieve a good result. From the very first meeting with Amanda, she instilled confidence in me to believe she was the right agent to take on the sale of our property! I believe this is a testament to my confidence in Amanda's abilities as a Licensed Salesperson. If you check Amanda's profile it states that, "She has knowledge of real estate and coupled with her experience as a landlord in the UK, she has both the knowledge & expertise to help clients no matter what their needs may be." With our complex issues, Amanda's knowledge & expertise were tested somewhat, but with the rapport we had, we were able to discuss & work through them with confidence that, Amanda's advice was in our best interest. We joked; "That all this was a part of her ongoing & continued training!" Amanda's profile ends this way, "I truly believe that a partnership is sacred regardless of its origin, says Amanda, who prides herself on following a job through, from start to finish, ensuring in no matter what she is doing that the best possible results are achieved, something that is sure to hold her in good stead throughout her real estate career." I total agree with this, Amanda does not take shortcuts, always works to achieve the best results for all involved & always sees the job through to the end. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Amanda...
I contacted Amanda about a listing but it was under offer. Amanda asked what we were looking for and then arranged viewings with all suitable properties in our target area. Amanda did so much work to make it easy for us. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Amanda, and it felt like she genuinely wanted to find the right house for us. When we were successful, she again went over and above to make sure our purchase went smoothly!
