We chose to contact Amanda Smith to help with our purchase of a section at Mapleham Drive because we had previously dealt with her when looking at other sections at Pegasus over the last couple of years. Amanda is very professional, helpful and kind. She seems to really care about people. She is wonderful at following up promptly and kept in contact with us over the last few years. She definitely goes that extra mile for you! We would definitely recommend Amanda to our friends, family and we would use her again!

Being a first home buyer I felt well looked after by Amanda. She listened to all my needs/requirements and whenever I wasn’t sure about something she was always on hand to offer advice or help. Amanda was great at communicating so I was always kept in the loop which made me feel confident that I was making the right decisions. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Amanda Smith of Harcourts to others.

Amanda proved to be an excellent sales consultant for us in both selling our property and finding us a new home. She gave us good advice and she had a sound knowledge of our market and the selling/buying process. Her marketing plan worked very well, bringing us a successful offer before the first open home. She was always cheerful and positive and professional and determined to sell our property. Her feedback was very regular and positive and she kept in touch right through the selling process. We would be happy to recommend Amanda to anyone wanting a positive outcome on what can be a stressful process.

We found every one we dealt with from Twiss-Keir to be caring and professional. We especially appreciated the knowledge and guidance every step of the way. Having confidence in our agent and her supporting team meant that the whole selling experience was stress-free.

We have been working with Amanda now for at least 8 months to try and find an investment property. During this time Amanda has been very cheerful, sending us prospective properties, meeting us at numerous open homes, attending lots of auctions that never ended in our favour, but stuck it out for the right house with no complaints, many late nights and phone calls. Amanda is one very dedicated and professional agent, we will be working with her again in the very near future.

Amanda was pleasant to meet with and gave a great impression from the get-go! Amanda’s mixture of knowledge and fun banter made the experience from start to finish enjoyable and smooth. Especially coming from an international market where we were used to a different protocol. Did I mention fast? Amanda’s speed and availability testifies to her focus and commitment on hand.

Thank you for your very professional manner in which you sold our property while we were away in the UK. You gave us all the options to make an informed decision and you listened and understood what we needed.

Tim and I found Amanda to be very approachable and honest. She was very clear on each aspect of the house, and if she didn’t know the answer to a question she would find out. Amanda had a very professional manner and showed genuine concern to find us a home that would meet all of our needs. This was a very difficult time in our lives, as we had a beautiful home in Brooklands and had just put a new bathroom in. We thought that this would be where we would stay and then September 4th happened and we lost our home and community. The home Amanda found us is everything we were looking for and more. We are very happy here thank you, Amanda, and thank you Harcourts for “our patch of heaven in Kaiapoi”.
