They had a great knowledge of the current market, managed our expectations, amazing communication, great negotiating skills and results. We had weekly updates on who had gone through the property, the feedback and next steps. I dealt with Kat & Dylan, what a team! Can't recommend them highly enough! As a side note, I had dealt with a larger firm of real estate agents when I bought the property, the experience was not great.
