Great time buying with Kat. She and her team did most of the heavy lifting and liaising. One issue with requesting vendor to remove stuff... which we would've been happy to keep. Only constructive feedback would be double check what both parties want before actioning moves etc. But apart from that it was all smooth, taking over contracts were made easy, payments via lawyers, signing documents and being available at the drop of the hat. Would happily sell or buy with Kat and Co. in the future.
