We were impressed with her knowledge of house prices in the area and particularly in relation to the one we were selling. Her on the spot knowledge was backed up by the data presented in her market appraisal of our house. Her systems and processes are impeccable. To this end everything is delivered when stated and backed up by her staff who have a role in the process.
