I would like to thank Gemma and Sue Roberts for all their help and advice with getting my home on the market, and making it as stress free as possible. Gemma had to research all the paperwork from the Christchurch City Council and EQC. etc which wouldn't have been easy as my house suffered major earthquake damage before it was repaired. Gemma is an excellent salesperson, nothing bothers her, she kept me calm when at times I was quite stressed regarding having my home perfect for open homes.
