I chose Caroline Collison to represent my property because I liked and trusted her. Liking somebody is no small thing when you are asking for their help in making the biggest sale or purchase decision in your life. Caroline took the time to get to know me and to connect on a personal level. That meant she knew what I wanted, what mattered to me, and what made my property special (at least to me). She is a genuine person - a far cry from the stereotypical “hard sell” agent, and I found that refreshing and reassuring. I always felt comfortable speaking frankly to her, and when she gave her professional advice, it rang true. Caroline was both optimistic and realistic about the price my home would likely fetch on the market - meaning I was very happy with the outcome, with no tinge of disappointment. I was overseas during much of the sale process, and I could rely on Caroline 110 per cent to assiduously follow up on issues with getting the property ready when I wasn’t on hand to make things happen. She really went the extra mile - even down to being a temporary companion to my dog (sending me photos of him played ng with toys) when she was showing buyers around. She was invariably calm and reassuring in my moments of anxiety - and of course she was right. While I ended up buying an apartment through another agent, Caroline showed me the first I fell in love with. She will be my “go to” person should I move again in the future, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to my friends, family or colleagues”.

We had met Charles off and on over a number of years and liked his marketing style. So when it came to making a decision about who we would like to list our much loved house of 34 years Charles was our choice fit with us. This wasn't without considering two other worthy agents. He was professional, considerate and attentive throughout the selling process. Charles was realistic about price expectations and the property and we have also been truly compensated by the lovely family who have bought it.
