The house we bought was not on our viewing list originally but once we walked in and saw the space we fell in love, we had been dealing with Wendy at another property and did not realise it was one of her listings so when we arrived and found her cheerful self at the door it was great! She had great knowledge of the area, the neighbours and the market pricing, and when we decided to push our budget up a bit to try for it she was encouraging and excited for us. Through the whole process she was fast acting, had great communication, and dealt with us and the vendors professionally. Her calm and friendly demeanour was welcomed and the added touch of the small things like texts to congratulate us a few days after signing off and wishing us luck for a seamless moving day just made the purchase of our new home enjoyable.

We saw this house online and wanted to come and have a look at it. From the moment we met Peter he was very friendly, knowledge, and professional. We really liked the house and were working through our finances. We told him how everything was closed making it hard to access resources during lockdown. He kindly allowed us to utilize his office to scan and email documents. If he hadn't made this available to us we would never have been able to purchase it. We are extremely grateful for his kindness to us.
