Took the time to understand, what our needs and reasons for selling were, what our financial resources were and was able to identify and direct us to properties that met those needs. Renee did everything she could to secure a sale for our property and remained up beat and positive even when it became apparent that the market we were operating in at the time was slow, trying all sorts of options to keep our property visible to buyers.
