We can't thank Lee enough for the expertise, the local knowledge and the personal support she provided in the sale of our house. She explained what was involved very clearly and at times that suited us. She helped us arrive at a realistic and suitable advertising price. She made sure that we knew about the number of viewers and their feedback when the open homes took place either directly or via her able assistant. She approached people that she knew might be interested who had not attended open homes. This latter approach enabled us to get a happy buyer in a timely fashion. From the lovely wee gift we got when we listed the house to the final signing on the dotted lines, Lee was professional, supportive, helpful and approachable. Thank you, Lee.

She provided an excellent information pack which she worked through carefully with us; giving us a range of scenarios to help make our decisions, and answered our questions clearly. She was always enthusiastic, yet realistic and persisted diligently throughout the sale period in order to get an acceptable sale.
