With a passion for Property Management and 15 years in the property Sector, Paula understands what’s required to work with both landlords and tenants alike. She has exceptional problem solving skills and a genuine desire to help people achieve what’s important to them. Paula has been involved with the Northland property market as a Property Manager since 2010 and has built solid relationships with her landlords and tenants, due to her strong communication skills. ‘I believe communication is the key to being a successful Property Manager and this will deliver the best possible outcomes for my customers’. No stranger to the corporate environment Hannah has wide and varied experience across the retail, administration, data management and supply chain industries. This has taken her from Northland to Auckland to Christchurch and has now brought her back to the North. Hannah started her Property Management career as an EVES Cadet back in 2020 which gave her great insight into the industry and how it operates prior to starting as a full-time EVES Property Manager. She believes in honesty, hard work and consistency and applies these values to her everyday work-life. Enjoying the diversity of the Property Manager role, Hannah’s drive to succeed is strong and she is excited by the ever-evolving nature of the industry and knowing that what she does helps others. She is a people-person who is skilled at communicating with people from all walks of life and meeting their needs empathetically. Outside of work, Hannah is a keen sportswoman and enjoys the competitiveness that sports brings. She enjoys pushing the boundaries and living outside of her comfort zone in her personal life, which is why her favourite places are anywhere with snow and rain! Heather began her professional career in the printing industry. She had various roles within the industry over her 12 years, including operating a printing press. After starting her family, Heather moved into a Sales Merchandiser role with Energizer where she was employed for a further 18 years. After deciding on a change, Heather became the Rentals Receptionist at EVES learning about the industry, how to best support the Property Managers and building rapport with clients on the front line. Naturally, when a Property Manager’s position became available, she was the obvious choice and transferred seamlessly into the role. Her people skills, dedication and genuine desire to help people make her an excellent Property Manager. She is dedicated to her clients, both landlords and tenants alike, and prides herself on excellent communication. With a desire to continually learn, Heather participates in regular training and networking, keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge and the ever-changing nature of the property investment industry in NZ. Outside of her working life, Heather is married, and a mum to three girls. She has been actively involved in her children’s schooling and sporting lives, serving on various committees and organisations within the Onerahi community.

Born in Ireland, Rebecca grew up in England on a farm. She studied hospitality and catering which enabled her to travel the world working as a Chef. Rebecca met her Kiwi husband Murray in Canada, then later married him in Mexico. In 2013, the couple moved to Queenstown, NZ to be close to family while they started their own. While there, Rebecca ran her own boutique Property Management business, specialising in holiday home management and also catering for rentals and cleaning services. In 2021 the Roycroft’s made the move to Murray’s hometown of Whangarei and have settled on the coast in Ngunguru. “We absolutely love living in Ngunguru and hope to make this area our long-time home.” Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys exploring the outdoors with Murray and their young sons who are 3 and 6. Hiking, running, paddle boarding, skiing/snowboarding and baking are some family favourite activities. Since joining EVES, Rebecca loves being part of a team again and the variety the job brings on a daily basis, “I have had a great time meeting the lovely tenants and owners. It really helps me in exploring the area.” With a desire for further learning, Rebecca keeps up-to-date with industry knowledge by partaking in regular training and upskilling in property management.
