Tawhiti came out to us immediately after his lunch which we in advertently interrupted, he showed us around the property that we were interested he was very honest and forthcoming NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. We called him later with an offer and within an hour he came back to us and we reached a mutual agreement regarding price and everything took off from there. We asked permission to leave belongings in the property and he kindly sorted all that out for me all within a matter of days please bear in mind this was during the Christmas Holidays. I could not wish to meet a more pleasant helpful young man he is simply BRILLIANT. Superb communication nothing left to chance, personally I think he made everyone's Christmas Very Special
