In this case I was the buyer. Naturally Monica's first and most important interest should be the seller, but no, she made me the buyer feel just as validated and as important. She was amazing to deal with, easy to talk to and didn't treat me like I was just another number and was happy to answer my calls or texts anytime day or night - just real down to earth, happy to have a yarn. But honestly 2000 words isn't enough to describe how caring and amazing Monica is towards both sides of the fence whether you are buying or selling. And words are cheap, actions speak louder than words, so really if you are in the southland region and are looking to sell or if she is selling a property you are interested in then make the call.
