Super Fast Sale
We had a very great sale with Monica, considering everything that is going on at the moment. From the intial consultation, to accepting our offer, was 4 weeks. I was hesitant to sell,due to work being required to be done on the house still, but the house was listed after 2 weeks of frantic shifting and painting etc. The first open home a week after listing, provided us with plenty of offers to consider, and within in 2 days, we had found our offer, and the house sold. Monica just about needed a seperate phone number to field all the enquiries on our house, we were happy with the money we got from the sale, it was more than i was expecting. The only problem we have had in this whole expeirence, is above and beyond anyones control, is a later settlement date due to the Covid 19 lockdown. For a great agent, I would contact Monica again, she listened, and delivered! Thanks Mike

Most genuine person that will go that extra mile for you.
Monica have been a blessing for helping me get my house prepare for selling. Most down to earth person you can deal with. Honest and caring and helpful. Honestly if I was buying in invercargill again, I would go straight to Monica. I Would recommend Monica to anyone who would be selling or buying a house as she is an asset to everyone she comes in contact with.
