Been to the first open home at 89 Bay Road in May with my husband and when we have a look at the place we said this is it! The day we met Monica too and she was very nice and feel comfortable with her. Twice we said we are ready to make an offer but didn't happen for some reason but Monica was still very patient until the third open home "confirmed" we signed up on her. Wow! Monica Cairns at Tall Poppy made buying a house such a breeze! We were new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible experiences. Monica was professional and personal! She never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way!
