Debi met me on Sunday after work as I couldn't make the first open home. We filled out an "Expression of interest" with your terms and the vendor picked the top few, I was in the top few to make a formal offer. Different way of doing things but encourages you to put your best foot forward if you wish to purchase the property. I purchased the property and all and all it was a very good and happy experience.
