Open and honest dealing the entire time.

Professional, approachable and always kept us in the loop.

We were happy with our decision to work with Debi from Tall Poppy from our very first meeting. She was open, honest and easy to talk to, and we appreciated her positive but realistic approach. Debi took the time to understand what was important to us. Selling quickly wasn't our main priority. We wanted our home marketed with integrity and to find the right buyers. She respected that and worked with our priorities throughout the process. Our home is around 30 years old and had been well lived in. It has plenty of space with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas, a large garage and great indoor-outdoor flow. Debi recognised its strengths, was honest about the market, and marketed it in a way that reflected the home accurately rather than trying to oversell it. Communication was one of Debi's strengths. She was responsive, kept us informed, and gave practical, straightforward advice at every stage. Her market knowledge and experience were evident, and we always felt she wanted to achieve the best outcome for us.
