It has been a joy to do business with Lorraine! Lorraine clearly has a wealth of experience in real estate marketing and sales, and willingly shares her knowledge with a smile. I interviewed sales people from another agency, and found that they lacked credibility, they failed the BS test miserably., and their proposed fees seemed quite high. Conversely, discussing the marketing of my property with Lorraine, I felt very confident in her ability to deliver. Together we agreed on sensible pricing for the property, and her suggested BEO strategy made sense. The Tall Poppy fee structure was presented to me clearly, and I was confident there were no hidden costs. I prepared the property well, and Lorraine did exactly what she had meticulously planned. Shortly after the first open homes, I received an offer. Lorraine continued to market the property, and we came close to receiving back up offers. As it turned out, we did not need any back up offers, Our first offer signed a conditional contract , and has subsequently gone unconditional, with settlement pending. Lorraine communicated with me in a timely manner through each step, discussing negotiation of the price and all other relevant details.
