We had an unusuall property to sell and Grant put in the extra work needed to sell, all while contending with storms and Covid-19 lockdowns. Grant knows his trade which meant we had great confidence in him. He always communicated clearly and in a timely manner. He is friendly and very easy to work with. We have no hesitation in recommending and engaging Grant again if needed.

Grant has always treated me with respect, courtesy and genuine friendship. I value that. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Grant to anyone for anything. Grant has a relaxed manner which made us the seller feel at ease, his presentation of our property was outstanding which accounted in 5,500 hits in 12 days. We felt he was working for us the vendor and achieved our expectations. We think Tall Poppies have a very attractive commission policy which allowed us max return. We would most certainly recommend Tall Poppies and Grant to sell a property for us in future. Thank you Grant for a painless enjoyable experience.

On listing our property Grant used his marketing skills and industry knowledge to elicit a number of very good lines of interest in a short period of time which were followed through to result in a very pleasing outcome for us.

Grant was a pleasure to deal with, even with the very early morning texts, due to the time difference. Grant was very helpful and efficient. Dealing with our endless phone calls and emails, for information as we couldn’t view the property. He was also, friendly and accomodating with our family members, allowing them to view the property for us. We would highly Grant!

Hi! I just bought a house in Picton and it is a real do-er upper. Perhaps a bit tricky for an agent to deal with all my questions and curious explorations during the purchase process. Grant was responsive, honest and kind, he obviously knows the area and what's going on really well he takes a empathetic and customer-focused approach. I also really liked the buying process where you express your interest first before engaging with expensive building and LIM reports. The process was explained to me several times with patience and I felt more protected as a buyer through this process than your average any-other real estate agent-process . Particularly since it's a sellers market, it was a pleasant process to go through with Grant and Tall Poppy, despite a few sleepless nights filled with uncertainty!
