This is the 2nd time we have had Ben as our agent & once again with excellent service. Ben is honest, delivers what he said he would & puts himself out to do the best for his clients. He is an agent that will tell you the good & bad & is prepared to come & sit down & discuss plans for going forward when times are getting tough. He keeps an eye on the Market & kept us informed. We can't speak high enough about him & would go to him next time we want to sell. He has become a friend now. Thanks once again Ben

From the time we met with Grant to determine the best agent to market and sell our property and the decision to list with Tall Poppy through to the marketing process itself, Grant was clear in his communication always prompt and followed through precisely with everything he said. He listened thoughtfully to the details around our situation regards the sale of our long term residence and negotiated a brilliant offer to align perfectly with our needs. The marketing strategy, video and pictures were of such a high standard it is not surprising that there was a great deal of interest and Grant never stopped accomodating extra viewings to give our home its greatest exposure. Someone told us you should endeavour to "use the ver best local agent whenever selling" and we believe we did. The remarkable bonus in this entire experience has been the Tall Poppies , high level but no up front cost marketing and the much lower commission rates! We have asked ourselves multiple times why would anyone use any other agent! We highly recommend that any future sellers look to list with Grant Douglas and Tall Poppy they will not be disappointed.

We had Grant show us various properties when we were looking to purchase. The continued communication and always available to talk and answer queries that arose during our time of looking for a property was important to us . And this was not a problem for Grant. The knowledge Grant showed of the properties we viewed was excellent.

Grant from Tall Poppy has provided me with a great service and was very accessible during the 4 mth plus period. The feedback was regular and information about national changes to the housing market was very helpful to understand trends and cycles. I am happy to recommend his services. thanks

Grant was prompt with organizing an inspection of the property and he was great in recommending a local building inspector. He was very good with communication with regular phone calls and emails. I recommend him highly as a real estate agent. Well done Grant.
