Chris and Tracey were just a joy to deal with. We've never bought a property in NZ and had no clue what to do but these lovely ladies held our hands and guided us through. The property purchase became unexpectedly complicated (partly but not wholly due to Xmas in the middle of it all!) and Chris and Tracey reassured us and were so great until completion (or settlement, as you call it here). We're not planning to move but we would wholeheartedly recommend Chris and Tracey with any property purchase or sale!

Market knowledge: Excellent - they kept me informed throughout our time together, providing timely, helpful updates during a time of high volatility in the real estate market. Communication: They were always available when I needed to talk to them. Any voice messages or texts were responded to promptly and professionally. In our verbal communications they took time to really listen to my questions and concerns and gave full, informative answers. Right from the very beginning, the printed resources that they provided me with were of a very high quality and comprehensive in nature. I especially appreciated the book of photos of the house and garden that they gave me once the house was sold.
