Chris and Tracey
Totally recommend these two amazing real estate agents. They were by far the best land agents we have ever dealt with. Their communication was quick, effect and knowledgeable. Both Tracey and Chris understood what we wanted and made things happen.

Prompt and frequent communication
Chris and Tracey were well organised, thorough and answered queries promptly. They maintained good and frequent communications throughout the sales period. Two repairs were outstanding and they checked on my progress with the tradespeople to have them effected before settlement.

As a buyer we found Tracey to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went to great lengths to explain the process of putting in an offer for the property we purchased. Any questions we had were quickly followed up on and the answers provided. No hesitation in recommending Tracey to anyone looking to sell their property for good honest representation and would be more than happy to engage Tracey to list/sell on our behalf should we have the need in future.

Amazing Experience with Top Agents
Out of the three agents we invited to appraise our property, Chris and Tracey stood out right from the beginning! They are very down to earth people who have extensive knowledge about real estate and can also relate to people easily - this is a must in my books! A friend recommended that we contact Chris and Tracey and he wasn't wrong. Chris and Tracey gave us the time we needed to finish the renovations which required patience. Sometimes people don't have patience, but these 2 did :-) They were never once pushy which I appreciated. They also offered to give advice on any properties that we might like the look of to buy which was of immense help. I thought that this was a super nice thing to do as we were able to call on them for guidance at any time - nothing was a problem. It was an absolute pleasure to have Chris and Tracey sell our home, they did a fantastic job and were able to answer all of our questions with ease, and also put our mind at rest many times. It was also great to have a laugh with them along the way! I would not hesitate to recommend this Team to anyone, we made an excellent decision to go with them. Keep up the awesome work!

Warm, pragmatic and fun
