This is the second time we had approached Owen re selling our rental property. 2 years ago he was preparing to put the house on the market for us and we decided not to sell. Owen was great, he knew we felt awful and was very kind and understanding about it. We decided then that if we put the house on the market at a later stage we would do it through him.
