Selling as an agent is a difficult task, Owen has to measure the needs of the vendor the demands of the buyer while at the same time achieving the goals of his employer. Owen was fantastic at walking this line. As the buyer we were cautious of some of the items that were brought to our attention in the building report. This meant that we had to negotiate with the vendor through Owen and our solicitors to conduct some invasive testing, (something no vendor wants). Owen was fantastic on working though this with us and we were pleased to come away with the purchase of the property. Owen was always available on the phone and if you left a message he was quick to respond. Having spoken to a number of industry professionals who work closely with real estate agents they were all pleased to hear that Owen was the acting agent because of his professional manner and ability to get things done professionally and quickly while respecting all parties.
