I rarely have time to write reviews, but Owen really earns one. It all started with a message on a Saturday afternoon from me to him about a property I now call my own. To my surprise I had a lovely reply in under 10 minutes, and after exchanging email contacts, a comprehensive documentation about the property was shared. Initial questions were promptly answered and gave me the confidence to actually schedule an inspection. From the first handshake onwards everything was handled flawlessly and Owen brought a wealth of background information to the table. The rest were merely formalities between the solicitors for sorting out the title transfer and then the actual handover, which was equally pleasant and professional.
