We listed with Darnel after receiving her appraisal and hearing her marketing strategy. Darnell's approach is very warm and friendly and you felt the whole time she was part of the family and was vested in selling our property as much as we were. She has a caring nature but doesn't shy away from healthy negotiation. Part of the strategy was to pitch our property to reach both the higher and lower ends of the market and this worked very well. The open homes were very well received and we had a number of prospective offers to consider very quickly. Once we were unconditional Darnel was still fully available to help finalise the smaller details and was with us on moving day to ensure it all went smoothly.
