We had a very good experience selling our property at 140 Kerri Vista Rise, Papakura. Irshad delivered top-level marketing throughout the campaign, which really showed in the strong buyer interest and turnout. The auction was a standout the team clearly knows how to run on-site auctions effectively, creating great energy and competition. Open homes were consistently busy, and on one Sunday alone we had nine groups of buyers come through, which was very encouraging. Beyond just selling the house, we really appreciated the support in helping us organise our move overseas. The team had excellent systems and processes in place, which made the entire experience smooth and stress free.
